Since the shape of the side sill garnish and rear bumper skirt differs between the early retractable model and the later fixed-headlight model, the inner fender shape also differs accordingly. As part of the exterior refresh, I replaced them all with 02R-designated parts. I purchased the right and left front inner fenders (74101-SL0-030 and 74151-SL0-030), compatible with all models. For the 02R-specific front inner fender covers, I used "74151-SL0-030" and "74152-SL0-Z10". I haven't compared it with 74102-SL0-020 so I don't know exactly which parts are different, but since the 02R is equipped with an undercover, the fender likely has a different shape to accommodate it.

1. In front of the front inner fender (passenger side). It is divided into two pieces: an arched inner fender and an inner fender cover behind the air conditioner condenser.

1. Rear of the front inner fender (passenger side). The part that corresponds to the shape of the side sill garnish is different, and the tire clearance seems to be wider.

1. Comparing the front inner fender (passenger side) for the early model and 02R. It looks like the slight protrusion of the side sill garnish and the change in tire size have caused some of the tire clearance to become larger. There are black marks on the removed inner fender of the early model (left photo) that are presumably caused by tire rubbing. It seems that this part is lower on the later model.

1. Comparing the front inner fender cover (passenger side) for the early model and 02R. You can see that the shape of the lower part has been changed. Since it is a part number exclusive to the 02R, I think the shape has been designed with the underpanel in mind.

1. The rear inner fender (driver's side). The shape has been changed from the early model to match the rear bumper skirt of the later model.
